My name is Malus and I am a pastry chef who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu the leading culinary arts, wine and management school of London.
While studying at Le Cordon Bleu I was working as a pastry chef for Harrods in London and after my graduation and achieving my chef status, I start working as a pastry chef for The Ritz Hotel London gaining invaluable experiences from world renowned chefs and also under the supervision of Executive chef of Ritz hotel chef John Williams.
I started baking when I was 14 years old, my beloved grandmother taught me how to bake with love and passion and how to have patience in the art of baking.
Since then I have always dreamt of having my own pastry business.
Caramel café was established in March 2016 in Maastricht Netherland. With the help of my husband a dream turned into reality. My commitment has always been and will continue to be, making the highest quality cakes, pastries, and specialty desserts. All of my cakes and desserts are made from scratch with no artificial flavourings or preservatives, focused on high quality ingredients with a timeless taste.
